- Ship Agent for all types of vessels in all maritime ports like Constanta, Sulina, Tulcea, Galati, Braila, and river ports Medgidia, Cernavoda, …. In fact all Romanian ports;

You can find bellow our main obligations:

To provide Proforma and final D/A documents for the ships that are operating;

To do all the necessary formalities regarding ship’s arrival/departure (Sulina arrival formalities facilitating the transit of Sulina Channel in/out in best conditions, notifying all authorities in the port as well as the port where the ship will operate);

To handover the N.O.R. to the Shippers/Receivers;

To draw up the documents of the goods that are to be loaded/unloaded on/from the vessel such as: BL/s, Cargo Manifest, out turn Cargo Report, S.O.F., Time Sheet;

To provide all parties concerned with daily information regarding loading/unloading operation. For your guidance we can supply the vessels with stuff-foods and materials of first quality.

- Trasit agency services for Ukrainean ports Reni and Izmail); for all vessels which call these ports through Sulina Channel, being compulsory to have a Romanian Agent, as guarantor for the all transit costs. For us is already a tradition to act as a Transit Agent for most owners, whose vessels are calling regular to Reni and Izmail ports.

- We can arrange Survey using our reliable partners, at request;

- Fresh Water supply at request but only in specialized berth, costs of extra shifting will be included in the DA of the vessel; Please note that Braila port has not an authorized source for fresh water supply;

- Lube/Diesel oil supply at request;

- During the port call of vessels, the Administration can provides collection of residues (petroleum residues, bilge, and used water). For any operations requested by the ship/ship Owner, the Agent will address to the Administration, the cost of operation will be included in vessel’s DA;

- Arrange at requests of diverse ship repairs (auxiliary and main engines repairs, welding, steel works, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.);

- Any other shipping services at request;
